Castorena's Photo & Video by booking your services, the client agrees to the terms outlined.

Booking & Payment Terms Deposit required to secure a date 30%–50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due 7 days before the event.

If client cancels the deposit is Non-refundable.

Rescheduling of your event date is possible just let us know the new event date and we will gladly schedule your new event date if it is available.

In the event of natural disasters your deposit and payments are non-refundable.

Client, please refer to your contract to see what are you paying for and what is included in your services.

Once your gallery is ready for you to see, please follow up on selectin your pictures so we can provide you with your printed pictures/digital pictures, whatever is included in your contract.

In the rare event that the photographer/videographer is seriously injured or something else happened that he/she cannot attend your event, your deposit and/or payments are non-refundable.
